
Smoky Meat Lover’s Inferno Dip

Ingredients:
- ½ lb Stew Meat, cooked and shredded
- 1 tsp Oscar's Smokehouse Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Oscar's Smokehouse Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Oscar's Smokehouse Chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp Oscar's Smokehouse Gourmet Olde Canadian Steak Rub
- ¼ cup Oscar's Smokehouse Fully Cooked Bacon Bits
- ¼ cup Oscar's Smokehouse Wing Sauce
- 1 cup Oscar's Smokehouse Hickory Smoked Gouda Cheese, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the stew meat until tender. Shred it and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, and Olde Canadian Steak Rub. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked stew meat, bacon bits, and chives.
- Add the shredded Hickory Smoked Gouda and Wing Sauce, stirring well to incorporate all the flavors.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or veggie sticks.
