Smoky Meat Lover’s Inferno Dip

Ingredients:

  • ½ lb Stew Meat, cooked and shredded
  • 1 tsp Oscar's Smokehouse Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Oscar's Smokehouse Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Oscar's Smokehouse Chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oscar's Smokehouse Gourmet Olde Canadian Steak Rub
  • ¼ cup Oscar's Smokehouse Fully Cooked Bacon Bits
  • ¼ cup Oscar's Smokehouse Wing Sauce
  • 1 cup Oscar's Smokehouse Hickory Smoked Gouda Cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the stew meat until tender. Shred it and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, and Olde Canadian Steak Rub. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cooked stew meat, bacon bits, and chives.
  4. Add the shredded Hickory Smoked Gouda and Wing Sauce, stirring well to incorporate all the flavors.
  5. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or veggie sticks.
